CNC Turning

CNC Turning uses a single point cutting tool that is inserted parallel to material that will then be cut to specification. Like CNC Milling, this process is predetermined by a computer program. The material is rotated at varying speeds and the cutting tool traverses the two axes of motion to produce cuts with exact depths and diameters. This process can be used on the outside of material to create tubular shapes, or it can be used on the inside of material to create hollow cavities within the chosen material. Once again, this process can be used to create a variety of different items to exact specifications
