Metal Fabrication

Metal fabrication is a manufacturing process that shapes a piece of sheet metal into an intended shape through removal, contortion and/or deformation of material. Sheet metal, which acts as the work piece or canvass in these processes, is one of the most common forms of raw material stock. This process is used to fabricate a vast range of items to specification. These items include anything from paperclips to cooldrink cans and aerospace parts.

We specialise in the fabrication of small to medium size fabrications of all descriptions for example explosion proof enclosures for switchgear which is used in coal mines commonly known as flameproof enclosures.  Fabrications are assembled and pressure tested to specification.
